One send time in the time zone you choose, with a minimum lead time guard, paced delivery, and a daily cap. SMS and WhatsApp launch immediately.

The problem

When you send matters as much as what you send.

Fire a whole campaign in one burst and mailbox providers read it as exactly what it looks like: a blast. Volume spikes get throttled, filtered, or bounced. Send at 2 a.m. in your recipient’s time zone and your perfectly written email is buried under everything that arrived overnight by the time they wake up.

Sudden volume spikes look like spam to mailbox providers.
Emails sent at the wrong local hour get lost before they’re ever opened.
No daily ceiling means a warming domain gets pushed past its limit.
“Send now to everyone” gives you no control over pace or timing.

The market gap

Most tools treat send as a single button: now, all of it, all at once. ZipAudience treats timing as a first-class control. Schedule the moment, cap the daily volume, and meter the pace, so reputation is something you build by default instead of repair after a bad send.

How we solve it

Decide the moment. Control the flow.

Schedule a ready campaign for any future date and time, and ZipAudience handles the rest, releasing the send in a controlled flow rather than one overwhelming burst.

Future scheduling

Queue a campaign for the exact date and time you want it to go out.

Time-zone aware

Set the send time in the time zone you choose; we convert it so the campaign goes out at that exact moment.

Paced delivery

Sends flow out in a controlled stream instead of a single spike that trips filters.

Per-day caps

Hold daily volume under your domain’s comfortable limit, especially while warming up.

Reschedule or cancel

Move the time or call it off anytime before it sends, with no stuck queue.

Reputation guardrails

Controlled timing and pacing keep bounces and spikes from burning your domain.

AI does the heavy lifting

Scheduling is the timing layer under ZipAudience’s automated outreach. AI Autopilot decides who to reach and what to say; send scheduling decides when it actually lands, so the AI’s follow-ups go out inside sensible sending windows and at a pace that protects the very domain it relies on. Good content and good timing stop being a trade-off.

Frequently asked

How far in advance can I schedule?

Any future date and time, as long as it’s at least a few minutes ahead. There’s a short minimum lead time so a scheduled send doesn’t collide with “now.”

How does time-zone handling work?

You set one send time in the time zone you choose, and ZipAudience converts it internally so the campaign goes out at that intended moment rather than your server’s clock. It schedules the single send moment for the campaign; it does not send each recipient at their own local hour.

Which campaigns can I schedule?

Send scheduling applies to email campaigns. SMS and WhatsApp campaigns launch when you start them.

Can I change a scheduled send after setting it?

Yes. You can reschedule to a new time or cancel it entirely up until it begins sending. A canceled campaign simply returns to a paused state.

What do pacing and caps do?

Instead of releasing every email at once, sends flow out in a controlled, paced stream and stay under a daily ceiling, which is what mailbox providers reward and what keeps a warming domain healthy.

Send at the perfect moment, without lifting a finger at 7 a.m.

Schedule your first campaign and let pacing protect your reputation.
