Last updated: June 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ZipAudience ("ZipAudience", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

ZipAudience is a lead intelligence and marketing automation platform. For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at [email protected]. For payments, our Merchant of Record Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) acts as a separate data controller for billing information; see Paddle's privacy policy for details.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, password, company, and profile settings.
  • Billing information processed by Paddle. We do not store full payment card details; Paddle provides us with limited transaction data (for example, plan, amount, status, and country).
  • Content and data you provide or generate, including lead lists, campaign content, connected mailbox data needed to send and sync replies, and settings.
  • Usage and device data, such as log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and feature usage, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications you send to us, such as support requests.

3. How we use information

  • to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
  • to process payments and manage subscriptions and credits (through Paddle);
  • to generate AI-assisted content and personalize features at your direction;
  • to send service-related and, where permitted, product communications;
  • to provide support and respond to your requests;
  • to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Legal bases

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we process personal data on the basis of performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, your consent (where requested), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

  • Payments: Paddle, as Merchant of Record and payment processor.
  • AI providers: to generate campaign content and suggestions.
  • Data providers: licensed providers that supply lead and property data.
  • Email and infrastructure providers: such as your connected mailbox provider (for example, Gmail or Outlook), hosting, storage, and analytics providers.
  • Legal and safety: where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward only as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption of sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
