Your balance never expires and gives you full access to every feature your account supports. Subscriptions exist purely to give regular users a better per-action rate.

Your balance is a prepaid dollar amount you add to your account. Each action draws from it at a fixed rate: $0.05 per lead search, $0.005 per email send, $0.01 per AI generation, and $0.12 per skip trace. You always know exactly what you are spending and why.

No. Your balance never expires and stays on your account until fully spent. Monthly subscription quotas reset each billing cycle, but any balance you added via a top-up carries over indefinitely.
